Welcome to Geant Events! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website (https://geantevents.com/) and our event planning and rental services. By using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Services Provided

Geant Events specializes in event planning and rental services, including but not limited to:

  • Planning and coordination for weddings, birthdays, quinceañeras, baby showers, corporate events, and more.
  • Rentals of tables, chairs, mobile bars, backdrops, dance floors, and other event-related items.

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Geant Events.

2. Booking & Payment

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
  • Full payment must be completed before the event date, as specified in your booking agreement.
  • We accept payments via Zelle, Credit Card, Debit Card, Amazon Pay, PayPal.
  • Failure to complete payment on time may result in cancellation without refund.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

3.1 Event Planning Services

  • Deposits: All deposits for event planning services are non-refundable as they secure your event date and cover initial planning costs.
  • Cancellations:
    • 90+ days before the event: 50% of payments made (excluding the deposit) will be refunded.
    • Less than 90 days before the event: No refunds will be issued.
  • Rescheduling: Payments made may be applied toward a future event date, subject to availability.

3.2 Rental Services

  • Cancellations & Refunds:
    • 7+ days before the event: 75% refund of the total rental cost.
    • 3-6 days before the event: 50% refund of the total rental cost.
    • Less than 3 days before the event: No refunds will be issued.
  • Damaged or Missing Items: Clients are responsible for returning all rental items in their original condition. Any damages, losses, or excessive cleaning required will result in additional charges.

3.3 Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7-14 business days after approval.
  • If applicable, refunds may be subject to processing fees.

3.4 Force Majeure

Geant Events is not responsible for cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or unforeseen emergencies. In such cases, we will work with clients to reschedule or offer a partial credit for future services.

4. Rental Terms & Conditions

  • All rented items must be returned in their original condition by the agreed-upon time.
  • Any lost, damaged, or excessively dirty items will incur additional fees.
  • Clients assume full responsibility for the proper use of rental items and agree to hold Geant Events harmless from any injury or damage caused by misuse.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide accurate event details and ensure venue access for setup and breakdown.
  • Any modifications to the event setup or schedule must be communicated in advance.
  • Geant Events is not responsible for delays due to incorrect information, venue access restrictions, or unforeseen client-side issues.

6. Liability & Indemnification

6.1 Limitation of Liability

  • Geant Events is not liable for any personal injuries, property damage, or financial losses resulting from our services, rental items, or events.
  • We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

6.2 Indemnification

  • The client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Geant Events, its owners, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
    • Misuse of rental items.
    • Injuries or damages occurring during an event planned or managed by Geant Events.
    • Breach of these Terms by the client.
    • Third-party claims resulting from the client’s event or actions.

The client assumes full responsibility for ensuring the safety and proper use of any rental equipment and services provided.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on https://geantevents.com/, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Geant Events and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

By using our website and services, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

9. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites for additional services or references. Geant Events is not responsible for their privacy policies, content, or practices.

10. Changes to Terms

Geant Events reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any modifications will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
